Crystal Kelly Biography

Crystal brings 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. As a mixed settler and Indigenous wakwaka’wakw woman, Crystal is committed to decolonizing and humanizing financial planning—helping people build wealth and financial security in ways that align with their values and
lived experiences.

She provides holistic, fee-for-service financial planning, including cash flow, investments, retirement, tax, estate, insurance, and small business planning. Crystal is especially passionate about supporting women, who often face unique financial barriers, as well as individuals navigating divorce, separation, or the transition from employment to self-employment. She also has a deep interest in Indigenous economics and works alongside Indigenous communities in support of reconciliation and cultural revitalization.

Crystal is a mother of two adult children, an avid animal lover, and a dedicated pickleball player. At the core of her work is a commitment to breaking generational cycles of trauma and financial instability rooted in colonial systems—so her clients can experience greater clarity, safety, and peace of mind on their financial journey.
